Tasting Notes

This wine really makes the mouth water! The high acidity and overall thinness of the wine makes it very light and refreshing to drink.

Flavor wise it brings forward lots of citrus, mainly in the form of lime, with some soft notes of melon. The wine finishes with a slightly saline aftertaste that seems to linger on the tongue.

Overall Thoughts

In general I thought this was a good wine for the price. While some may find the slightly salty finish a bit odd, it is a characteristic shared by other white wines, such as Albariño. This, paired with the refreshing taste of lime, make it an excellent choice for pairing with light appetizers, white fish and shellfish.
